Parque at Hunting Hill Mansion in Ridley Creek State Park
Enchanted forest. Magical enclave nature-lover’s delight. Grounds and formal gardens landscaped by Olmsted Associates, the firm that designed Central Park.
PARQUE is set in 2600-acre Ridley Creek State Park in Newtown Square just twenty five minutes from the Philadelphia Airport and from the Main Line. A majestic English-Tudor stone mansion is surrounded by ponds, fountains, stonework and open fields.
The Hunting Hill mansion houses a spacious bridal suite, grand staircase and ballroom with oak paneling, floor-to ceiling windows, stone fireplace, and ceiling in plaster relief. The fully climate-controlled space accommodates 150 with dancing.
PARQUE is located in the Brandywine River Valley, historic site of George Washington’s battles with the British, and home to Longwood Gardens, inspiration to the Wyeth painters, mushroom capital of the world, and location of seven wineries.
