Delicious. Plentiful. Enticing.
We’ve been experimenting and refining our repertoire for thirty years. Each and every hors d’oeuvres, vegetable, entree, dessert has been worked and reworked. Our repertoire is broad, and we adapt to ever-changing culinary trends–farm-to-table, small plates, family-style service… Our signature lists represent a range of culinary styles – French, Italian, Asian, Mexican, fusion, Philly. If you have special requests– vegetarian, pescatarian, gluten-free, vegan, comfort food, ethnic food- or you have a family recipe you’d like us to use– great!
Our kitchen team is amazing- they’ve all been with us for years, and they love what they do. We peel our cloves of garlic and smoke our own salmon. Even our coffee is freshly ground and French press. We dress our salads and cook our fish and meat to order. There are no shortcuts. Cooking takes time, and we are patient. And because the food is made to order, we staff our kitchen with many skilled chefs, so that our amazing food comes out with speed, and is served while it’s hot.

One: we stock a bar with plenty of bartenders, and we butler drinks to guests. Is there anything worse than waiting in line to get your drink?
Two: a bar should look the part. Ours are counter height and constructed of wood, with shelving behind, to look clean and neat.
Three: there should be choices. We believe you should be able to customize your bar list. We offer tiers (deluxe, premium and super-premium), and additions or substitutions are perfectly fine. As to see our a la carte bar pricing if you’d like to add your favorite whiskey, craft beer or signature cocktails. Give us a recipe for your favorite cocktail and we’re happy to mix it up for you. (we get some of our best recipes from our clients!) When you come to our tastings you’ll get to sample. It’s so much fun!
We’re always on the look-out for great new craft beers (if local, all the better) and fantastic wines (small producers, great value). Our house wine is hand-picked by the owner after extensive taste testing. And if you prefer a Merlot, a Sauvignon blanc, a blush prosecco- we’ll find it for you. And we will take pleasure in doing so.
And isn’t that the point? We love what we do. We take pleasure in exploring the world of food and drink. And offering our talents to the delight of your guests.
