There's not a 'one-size-fits-all' when it comes to planning your wedding.  Everyone’s journey is a little different! Peachtree Weddings is here to help you with the vision, and also with the details.

We take care of floor plans, seating charts, table linens, specialty lighting and so on. Your weddingisn’t simply this florist plus that DJ, about checklists and spreadsheets, vendors and shuttles but how to pull all the parts together into the whole. To us, that's what full-service event planning means.  

On the day of your wedding we'll be at your side to assist you with coordination and to work alongside  with your vendor team and the Peachtree service staff. This is your day, and we are here to make sure it's everything you imagined and more. The only surprises you should have on your big day are the fun ones.

Nothing makes a party more festive than a fully stocked bar with special touches — local craft beers, wines hand-selected from small production wineries, specialty cocktail batched to order, and mocktails.

If you are stocking your own bar we will give you a comprehensive list of purchases. Or you may purchase from Peachtree, as licensed through the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board.

There's a wide world of choices out there and we're happy to provide guidance.  Most importantly, we make sure it all gets served. Because what point in selecting your favorites if you don’t have enough bartenders or bars?

Our dishes are all handcrafted by the team at Peachtree Weddings.  The kitchen sources its food from local farms and dairies and cooks all its food to order. Dishes are made from scratch — the potato chips, the rolls, the vinaigrettes, the sauces — using the freshest of ingredients.

Menus are seasonal and customizable with a wide range of styles available in our repertoire, some classic, others on-trend.  Note that we take great care to provide gluten-free, vegan, kosher and vegetarian options for guests.

After your vendor team is assembled we will coordinate closely with them — sharing timelines, floor plans, house rules, logistics — so your event goes smoothly.
